Parcel B:
The North half of the following described property: Beginning 250 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 62, OFFICIAL MAP OF TARPON SPRINGS, run thence North 150 feet, thence West 50 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East 50 feet to the Point of Beginning, Pinellas County, Plat Book “G”, Pages 800 and 801.
TOGETHER WITH all of the buildings, structures, improvements, including without limitation all fixtures attached therein, now or hereafter erected on the Property and all easements, rights, privileges, appurtenances, rents, proceeds, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock belonging or appertaining to the Property. All replacements and additions of the foregoing and all proceeds therefrom will also be covered by this Mortgage. All of the foregoing real and personal property is collectively referred to in this Mortgage as the “Property”.
