NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-002478-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECRUITIES I TRUST 2007-AC5, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC5, is Plaintiff, and MARK D. LEMAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, AND THE SOUTH 7 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK B. JOHN K. MAGNUS REPLAT OF LOTS 10 & 11, BLOCK D, FULLER'S GARDEN HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
