MILLUS N/K/A JESSE EASTMAN; FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 4 ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOX CHASE WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
