Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-004756, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, DERON BRAUN AKA DERON C. BRAUN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 17, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34 OF TOWNSEND'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT 34 FOR RIGHT OF WAY AS DESCRIBED IN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3783, PAGE 104.
BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND TO DERON BRAUN, A SINGLE MAN FROM ROGER G. SERZEN, A MARRIED MAN BY THAT DEED DATED 11/12/2003 AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 13235 AND PAGE 430 OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
