ESTATE OF CARL A. SHAHAN, JR., ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES, and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit Number 106, PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms, easements and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4648, Pages 294-364, and amendments thereto, and Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 5-8, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 601 N. Hercules Avenue, #106, Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before December 30 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
