Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Denying Defendant's Motion for Reconsideration, dated November 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-009661-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW 2006-4 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and LAND TRUST #1890 U.T.D. NOVEMBER 1, 2008, MARTIN P. BARRETT AS TRUSTEE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 6, BUILDING B, PINE MEADOWS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Page 109, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5162, Pages 1118 through 1165, as amended by instruments recorded in O.R. Book 5177, Page 1721 and O.R. Book 5228, Page 716 and amended in O.R. Book 6304, Page 1719, recorded on August 29, 1980 and O.R. Book 6443, Page 2309, recorded on March 10, 1987 and as amended in O.R. Book 8214, Page 555, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
