Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 10005911CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-45 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-45 is the Plaintiff, and BRITTLYN A MULVILLE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, LESS THE EAST 5.0 FEET FOR ALLEY OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
