MARTIN N/K/A JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME); UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; DOUGLAS ARMS APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 108 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISION OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DOUGLAS ARMS, MAXWELTON HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2556, PAGE 299 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 2 AND 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
