MARTIN N/K/A JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME); UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; DOUGLAS ARMS APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
