NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered November 13, 2013, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel: consisting of Unit KENMORE HOUSE UNIT 611, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of TOWNSHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 215 recorded in O.R. Book 4258 Pages 1493, as Clerk's Instrument No. 75-016400 and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20 Pages 102, 103, and 104 and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
