Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on October 25, 2013 and the Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on November 22, 2013, the Clerk of this Court will sell the real property (the “Property”) situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; run thence S00°16'45”E, 142.19 feet along the East line of the said Southeast 1/4; thence S89°43'15”W, 33 feet to the West Right-of-Way line of Old Oakhurst Road (State Road No. 694); thence along said West Right-of-Way line S00°16'45”E, 567.67 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along said West Right-of-Way line S00°16'45”E, 100 feet; thence S89°43'15”W, 184.24 feet; thence N49°58'00”W, 72.72 feet; thence N00°16'45”W, 52.95 feet; thence N89°43'15”E, 239.69 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on January 15, 2014, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
