NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004271 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1, is Plaintiff and Ana J. Cueva, John F. Cueva and El De Oro Homeowners' Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 75, Eldeoro, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 2244 Buena Vista Drive, Largo, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
