NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000229-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and GEROLIMA B. THOMAS, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, BILLIE BIZZELL, RICHARD SMERALDO, ARTHUR I. WALKER. III and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of October, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK “A” (LESS THE WEST 18 FEET THEREOF), WESTMONT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK M, PAGE(S) 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
