NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 5, 2012, in Case No. 48-2011-CA-001831-O of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which YALE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRIS S. HARTSFIELD a/k/a CHRISTOPHER S. HARTSFIELD, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, ECON RIVER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 104-106, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
