NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10th, September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000234 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR23, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR23 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Diane M. Gates, Bank of America, NA, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of January 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1558, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AND SECTION 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 4A THROUGH 4E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
