NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11002884CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and LINDA M. TAYLOR; SAM TAYLOR A/K/A ERVIN S. TAYLOR; S. RENE COLLINS AND THERESA D. COLLINS AS GUARDIANS OF EVELYN COLLINS; SUNTRUST BANK; TERRY D. COLLINS, INC; DE LAGE LANDEN FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of December, 2013, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
