Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 10, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, BLOCK B, CHARLOTTE PARK, SECTION 2, REPLAT, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 835 MARLIN DR, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
