NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10003199CA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and STEPHANIE MALICKI, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 26 day of December, 2013 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12, BLOCK L. UNIT 8, PEACE RIVER SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 39A AND 39B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
