NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 3 day of September, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-624-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which KAROL KARIN SCHWARBY et al., are the Defendants, and IBERIABANK is the Plaintiff, the clerk of said court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 26, 2013 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real and personal property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida;
Lot 8, Block 4493, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Eight One, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 51A through 51P, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
