Begin at the Southwest corner of said Section 5, thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 59 seconds East along South line of said Section 5, a distance of 108.15 feet the Point of Beginning; thence continue same line, a distance of 507.865 feet; thence North 22 degrees 19 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 268.99 feet; thence North 10 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 262.905 feet; thence South 83 degrees 48 minutes 07 seconds West, a distance of 231.78 feet; thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 289.66 feet; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance of 130.51 feet; thence South 00 degrees 23 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 195.88 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to County Road right-of-way (Farabee Road) along South side.
pursuant to the final decree of foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is: FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, N.A. vs. JUSTIN WES CONNELL, et al; and the docket number of which is Number 13-244CA.
