NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 08-2008-CA-004096 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALBERT KHLEIF A/K/A ALBERT B. KHLEIF; SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 22417 CATHERINE LAND TRUST N/T/D 5/18/05; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE 22417 CATHERINE LAND TRUST N/T/D 5/18/05; THE UNKNOWN BENFICIARIES OF THE 22417 CATHERINE LAND TRUST N/T/D 5/18/05; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A CRSIPIN BRAY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
