NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 16, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2010-CA-001165 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-WF1 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH M KRALIK; LAURIE A KRALIK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; PINNACLE FINANCE, LLC; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
