NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 11-2008-CA-005579, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff, and, ANTHONY MARINO A/K/A ANTHONY A. MARINO; HERITAGE BAY UMBRELLA ASSOCIATION, INC.; SMART PROPERTIES, INC.; THE QUARRY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE NKA ALINE MAZA K.; JANE DOE NKA ARIANE BAGABE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 21 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK S, QUARRY PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 57 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
