UNIT NO. 1604, SUNSET CAY CONDOMINIUM 1600, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICAL BOOK 3325, PAGE 1943, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 21 day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
