NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1201075CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and ETTORE MANCINI are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Anex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, GERMAN WOODS, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 62, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Less and Except; The North 50 Feet Pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment Recorded in OR Book 4117, Page 977.
and commonly known as: 3253 German Woods Ct, Naples, FL 34116
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM , YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
