NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure sales conducted via internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 16, 2013 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
The North 86 feet of Lots 9 and 10, Block B, BRADEN MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 66, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
