NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003823 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial
Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, was the Plaintiff and ILANOT GERBIER, ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 23, BLOCK 53, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THRU 77.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
