NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1002112CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and WARNER G. LA SAGE, IV, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 162, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 117 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
