NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0809757CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and SALVATORE CORALLO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00AM at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of OCTOBER, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 252, Marco Beach Unit Six, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 47-54 inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
