notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated July 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000216 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage Inc., successor by merger with First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Horacio A. Leyva a/k/a Horace A. Leyva and Blanca A. Leyva, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., on OCTOBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 331, MARCO BEACH UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 74 - 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
