NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003400 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER HALL; KERRI L. HALL A/K/A KERRI HALL; WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
