NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-000930 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN YBARRA; ERIN ROSE MARIE FARRELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150.00 FEET OF TRACT 110, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
