ROBERT R. LUCAS, SHELLY J. LUCAS, UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT II; and LIBERTY BANK,

NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24 of SEPTEMBER , 2013, and entered in 11-2007-CA-003027 of the Civil Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT R. LUCAS, SHELLY J. LUCAS, UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT II; and LIBERTY BANK are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 1 1 :00 AM on the 23 day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 70, GREY OAKS UNIT FOUR, in accordance with and subject to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 34 through 36, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens bust file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
