NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000600 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the holders of Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Ernesto C. Cuellarsola, Palm River Homeowners and Civic Association, Inc., Kelly Roofing LLC d/b/a Kelly Roofing, Yanelis Lopez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 805, UNIT NO. 2 PALM RIVER ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
