NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-07420 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB. f.k.a. World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Edmond Kushi, Tuscany Cove Master Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BLOCK B, LOT 270, TUSCANY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
