NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005251, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and GEORGE LAMPERT, HERIBERTO RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A ALBERO MEJIA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERIBERTO RODRIGUEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 5, NAPLES MANOR ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
