NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-5157-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SILVIA JIMENEZ, DAVID R JIMENEZ A/K/A DAVID JIMENEZ, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND 5 FEET BY 120 FEET RUNNING PARALLEL WITH LOT 4 ON THE EXTREME WESTERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 5, MOHAWK HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
