NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-03935-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. AMTRUST REO I, LLC is Plaintiff and BERNARD B. BETHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNARD B. BETHEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE S75' OF THE N180' OF TRACT 76, UNIT 49, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
