Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., Plaintiff, and KAITLYN LITTLE; MICHAEL LITTLE; COMMUNITY TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT G-6, ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3764, PAGE 850, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
