NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-1378-CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TIMBERWOOD OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GEORGE W. MILLER and SUSAN R. MILLER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Part of the south half of the north half of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said south half of the north half of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 13, said point being a point on the westerly line of a 100' Collier County canal right-of-way; thence South 89'26'31” East along line southerly line of said south half of the north half of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 13, a distance of 100.05 feet to an intersection with the easterly line of said canal right-of-way; thence continue along said southerly line South 89'26'31” East 1214.03 feet; thence leaving said southerly line North 1'00'37” West 175.22 feet to the Point of Beginning of Parcel 3368 herein being described;
thence continue North 1'00'37” West 51.25 feet; thence South 88'59'23”West 31.04 feet;
thence South 1'00'37” East 51.25 feet;
thence North 88'59'23” East 31.04 feet to the Pointe of Beginning of Parcel 3368 herein described;
containing 1591 square feet of land more or less; subject to easements and restriction of record.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
