NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001161-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Bruce Sperling; Unknown Spouse of Bruce Sperling; Wiggins Bay Foundation, Inc.; Wiggins Bay Villas Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PHASE 9, BUILDING 9, UNIT 9R, WIGGINS BAY VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1987, PAGE 617, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
