NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24 day of OCTOBER, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 12-205, THE BLUE HERON, a condominium according to the Declaration thereof recorded in O.R. Book 3305, Pages 656 through 758 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
