NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-1340, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. VICTOR SHER & CHANNEL NOEL (hereafter “Plaintiffs”), are Plaintiffs and GEORGE ALCEE; VICTOR SHER; MARY FRANCIS FAUSTIN F/K/A TENANT #1, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24 day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 47, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
