UNIT 102, FOX HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1080, AT PAGE(S) 999 THROUGH 1091, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5477 FOX HOLLOW DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, on October 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
