NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002644 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA1 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and RONALD E WEIS; MARGIE K WEIS; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, A NATIONAL BAKING ASSOCIATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; MARCO ISLAND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 24 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
