NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001501 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH FRANCOIS A/K/A JOSEPH FERIO FRANCOIS A/K/A JOSEPH F. FRANCOIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH FRANCOIS A/K/A JOSEPH FERIO FRANCOIS A/K/A JOSEPH F. FRANCOIS N/K/A GRETHE FRANCOIS; COLLIER COUNTY; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ST. LAWRENCE PARK OF NAPLES, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-4, SAINT LAWRENCE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 577, PAGE 588, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
