NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1201321CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER J. WERNER, LUKE WERNER and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC. are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150.00 FEET OF TRACT 84, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 36, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
