NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-3646, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARGARITA DORIA, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LUPE DORIA are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 99, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
