NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001221, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and EARL V. HOOKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EARL V. HOOKER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LELY CIVIC ASSN., INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 22, LELY GOLF ESTATES ST. ANDREWS EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
