NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000424, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and WILLIAM H. WENDLING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM H. WENDLING; THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, LOCK B, BERKSHIRE PINES, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
