Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 25, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 108, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., BUILDING NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 747, PAGES 1532-1750, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY.
and commonly known as: 200 TURTLE LAKE CT APT 108, NAPLES, FL 34105; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, on October 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
